STIPL Also ensures the

i) Planning - We shall prepare the 10 schedules like –S0 Bar chart, S1-Monthly Cash flow, S-2 mile stones, S-3 Monthly labor requirement, S-4 Monthly material requirement, S-5 plant and machineries requirement, ....S10

ii) Procurement – We shall coordinate in material procurement in following stages -

1. We shall prepare the list of material based above drawing and details and finalized their specification in consent with employer’s representative.
2. Above finalized specifications shall be floated to different vendors by employer’s procurement department and get the quote followed by negotiation.
3. After negotiation a comparative final price list prepared by procurement department shall be shared with us, if we have option of more economical vendors, then we shall refer them, and accordingly give clearance for final purchase order along with procurement flow schedule.
4. Our site representative will also inspect the material for its correctness with respect to approved specification and keep the check list for record.
5. We shall also suggest the method of stocking of material but the responsibility of security and store shall not be in our scope

iii) Operation - Each and every activity shall have two stages. It consists of monitoring and management of construction work as follows –

1. Arrangement of resources - All the resources which includes Manpower, material, machineries to be arranges and checked as per check list one day prior to start of any activity.
2. Quality check during progress - Quality of individual activities shall be checked as per check list.

iv) Contract Management - Following shall be procedures to control the contractor’s management –

1. Agreement - We shall review the agreement and give suggestions to employer for transparent and dispute less agreement.
2. We shall prepare the bills of contractors based on above agreement and submit the same to employer for their review and approval.
